Male laborers are entitled to 5 working days off when the wife gives birth, 7 days if the wife gives birth to child operation, childbirth under 32 weeks of age, the twins are given 10 days off, For 3 days, if twins are over, they must have 14 days off work.

Pregnant women are entitled to the benefits of pregnancy examination, miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth or termination of pregnancy and childbirth until delivery of the baby to the mother through pregnancy. Pregnant mothers receive maternity benefits from the time they receive their children until their sixth month of age.

In addition, the revised social insurance law has improved many policies that are beneficial for workers, especially increasing the allowance for sickness and death allowance ... including burial allowance equal to 10 months' basic salary at the time Workers die (Article 66), if they have paid full 15 years or more but have not yet enjoyed social insurance, their relatives shall be entitled to monthly survivorship allowance (Article 67). One-time payment of one-time social insurance benefits (Article 69 of the Law on Social Insurance).

One-Day Sickness Allowance equal to the monthly sickness benefit divided by 24 days (instead of the current rate of 26 days). For sick workers who are on the list of diseases requiring long-term treatment, the subsidy level will be raised from 45% to 50% of the salary of the month before the leave. In addition, there is an increase in the amount of health benefits per day from 25% to 30% of the base salary.
